The two conditions that seem to cause most low back problem are:
1. Spinal misalignment or poor posture which causes the pelvis to tilt out of position. 2. Weak postural muscles, essentially back, hamstring and abdominal muscles.
Prevention and treatment require similar action and may involve changing the way you stand, bend, lift objects, sit, rest, sleep and exercise. When body position is correct, internal organs have enough room to function normally and blood circulates more freely.
